Eligibility Criteria for SSB Odisha Recruitment 2024

Education Qualification: –

Post Graduate Teachers – 

• Candidate must have passed a Master’s Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University or integrated six years Post Graduate Master’s course from a Regional College of Education recognized by NCERT with at least 50% marks in ag$egate or its equivalent grade.
• Candidate must have passed B.Ed. or equivalent Degree recognized by National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi as equivalent to B. Ed. from a recognized University/ Institution.

Age Limit 

Candidates’ age limit should be a Minimum age of 21 years maximum age of 38 years of age as of 1st January 2024 i.e., he/she must have been born not earlier than 2nd January 1986 and not later than 1st January 2003. Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ ST and 03 years for OBC candidates will be applicable as per Govt. instructions

Selection Process for SSB Odisha Recruitment 2024

Eligible candidates will be called for a selection process based on their written tests. According to the syllabus, there will be a written test of 150 marks in the respective subject. The Multiple Choice FIP will have a total of 100 questions Each carries 1.5 marks with a provision for a negative marking of 0.5 marks

Zones of Examination: –
The written examination shall be held at Balasore, Berhampur, Bhawanipatna, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Jeypore, Keonjhar, Rourkela, and Sambalpur depending upon the number of candidates from the respective zone. In case, sufficient numbers of candidates are not available for any of the zone(s) excluding Bhubaneswar, the candidates opting for those zones will be accommodated at their nearest zone.
