Research and Development Establishment (Engineers) Paid Internship Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this internship, candidates must be pursuing a full-time undergraduate degree in engineering and be in their 7th or 8th semester, or be enrolled in the second year of a postgraduate engineering course (M.Tech) from a recognized Indian university or institute.

The applicant should have an excellent academic record with a minimum CGPA of 7.5 on a 10-point scale or an aggregate of at least 75%. Furthermore, students are required to submit a recommendation letter issued by the Principal or Director of their college, confirming their merit and suitability for the program.

Only meritorious students should be recommended, as the selection is strictly merit-based.

Selection Process

The selection process is entirely merit-driven and considers both academic performance and extracurricular achievements. Students must have a consistent academic track record and submit a brief bio-data (under 300 words) highlighting their accomplishments. Any awards or professional memberships should also be mentioned.

Only shortlisted candidates will be notified via email with further joining instructions. Selected students are required to submit necessary documents such as an undertaking, a college-issued indemnity bond, and others as prescribed.
