DRDO ITR Internship 2025 Provisional Selection List has been officially released by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) in PDF format on its website – www.drdo.gov.in. This selection list is for the 6-month paid internship at the Integrated Test Range (ITR), Chandipur, under the Paid Internship Scheme 2025-26.
This list has been published based on the Advt. No. ITR/HRD/PaidInternship/01/2025 dated 20 June 2025. Selected students will receive a monthly stipend of ₹5,000 and gain hands-on experience in engineering and science projects at ITR, Chandipur, Balasore, Odisha.

Joining Instructions for Selected Students
- Acceptance Deadline: Selected candidates must confirm their acceptance by email to [email protected] in the given format by 07 August 2025 (3:00 PM).
- Joining Date: 18 August 2025 at 09:30 AM at the Reception of the Security Office, ITR, Chandipur.
Documents Required at the Time of Joining
Candidates must bring the following original documents and one set of photocopies for verification:
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the college on official letterhead
- Police verification certificate
- Undertakings for the Official Secrets Act & IT rules (provided at joining)
- Bank details (SBI passbook front page)
- Medical fitness certificate
- Aadhaar card & college ID card
- 3 passport-size photographs
- All previous semester mark sheets
- Resume (Bio-data)
- Statement of marks up to 6th semester (UG) or 2nd semester (PG)
Failure to produce these documents will result in the cancellation of the selection.

DRDO ITR Internship 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the DRDO ITR Internship 2025, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualification
- The applicant must be a final-year student (UG/PG) enrolled in a full-time degree program in Engineering or Science disciplines from a recognized Indian institution or university.
Other Requirements
- A strong academic record is essential.
- Candidates must obtain a recommendation letter from their institution’s Principal or Director.
- A brief personal bio-data (max 300 words) should be enclosed.
- Additional achievements, awards, or memberships can be included as supporting documents.
