PFRDA Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025: The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has released its official notification for the recruitment of Officer Grade ‘A’ (Assistant Manager) 2025 across multiple streams including General, Finance & Accounts, Information Technology, Research, Actuary, Legal, and Official Language (Rajbhasha). A total of 40 vacancies have been announced. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from 2nd July 2025 to 6th August 2025.

PFRDA Assistant Manager Notification 2025 Out
PFRDA has invited online applications from Indian citizens for recruitment to the post of Officer Grade ‘A’ (Assistant Manager). The vacancies span across streams including General, Finance & Accounts, IT, Legal, Actuary, Research (Economics/Statistics), and Official Language.

Eligibility Criteria for PFRDA Officer Grade A 2025
Educational Qualification
- General: Master’s in any discipline OR Bachelor’s in Law/Engineering OR professional qualifications like CA, CS, CMA, CFA.
- Finance & Accounts: Graduation + CA/CS/CMA/CFA.
- IT: B.E./B.Tech in relevant field or MCA or any graduation with PG qualification in IT/AI/ML.
- Research (Economics/Statistics): Master’s in Economics/Statistics/Commerce/Finance or equivalent PG Diploma.
- Actuary: Graduation + cleared all 7 ‘Core Principles’ of IAI.
- Legal: Bachelor’s in Law.
- Official Language: Master’s in Hindi with English or vice versa at Bachelor’s level.
Age Limit
Maximum Age: 30 years (i.e., born on or after 01.08.1995)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 to 15 years (depending on category)
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 years

Selection Process for PFRDA Assistant Manager 2025
The selection process for PFRDA Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025 will be conducted in three phases:
Phase I: Online Screening Exam (6 Sept 2025)
- Paper 1: English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, GA
- Paper 2: Stream-specific MCQs
- Negative marking: Yes (1/4th mark deduction)
Phase II: Online Exam (6 Oct 2025)
- Paper 1: English Descriptive (Drafting)
- Paper 2: Specialized subject
- Only Paper 1 evaluated if minimum marks obtained in Paper 2
Phase III: Interview
- Final merit = 85% (Phase II) + 15% (Interview)
- Interview in English or Hindi
