Educational Qualification
Candidates must have:
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, or Computer Science Engineering.
- A minimum aggregate of 65% marks or CGPA of 6.84/10.
Candidates completing their degrees in academic year 2024–25 are also eligible for the recruitment.

ISRO Scientist Selection Process 2025
The selection process for ISRO Recruitment will follow two stages:
Written Test
- Conducted in 11 cities including Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
- Part A (Technical): 80 MCQs, 1 mark each, negative marking of 1/3.
- Part B (Aptitude): 15 MCQs for 20 marks, no negative marking.
- Total duration: 120 minutes.
Interview
- Candidates shortlisted in 1:5 ratio.
- Marks Allocation: 40 (Technical), 20 (Awareness), 20 (Communication), 10 (Comprehension), 10 (Academic Record).
- Final merit will be based on 50% weightage of Written Test and 50% Interview.

Selected candidates will be appointed at Level 10 of the Pay Matrix with a basic pay of Rs. 56,100/- per month. Selected candidates will also receive:
