Educational Qualification

Full-time 3-year Diploma in:

• Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation
• Mechanical / Production / Metallurgical Engineering

Diploma must be from institutions recognized by AICTE or UGC.

Candidates from the following Tata institutes are also eligible:

• R D Tata Technical Education Centre, Jamshedpur
• J N Tata Technical Education Centre, Gopalpur
• Tata Steel Technical Institute, Burmamines

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a Steel Manufacturing or Electric Arc Furnace plant as of 1st May 2025.

TATA Steel JE Salary 2025

Selected candidates will be appointed as Junior Engineer I (NL-D Grade) with a basic salary of Rs. 13,500/- per month and an annual CTC of Rs. 5.06 LPA. Candidates with 4+ years of experience will be given additional compensation as per company norms.
