Eligibility Criteria for Indian Navy Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification: –
Information Technology (IT) Executive Branch –
Candidate must have passed a minimum 60% mark in English in Class X or Xii and one of the undermentioned educational qualifications with a minimum 60% overall qualifying marks, in either or a combination of the following:-
- (a) Candidate must have passed a MSc/ BE/ B Tech/ M Tech (Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Engineering / Information Technology/ Software Systems/ Cyber Security/System Administration & Networking/ Computer Systems & Networking/ Data Analytics/Artificial Intelligence), or
- (b) MCA with BCA/BSc (Computer Science/ Information Technology). Kindly Before applying check the official notification carefully.
Age limit
Candidates’ upper age limit should be from between 02 Jul 1999 to 01 Jan 2005 years according to their posts.

Selection Process for Indian Navy Recruitment 2024
Eligible candidates will be called for a selection process based on their Service Selection Board (SSB) Board. The shortlisted candidates shall be intimated later through a notice on the Medical examination and will be appointed subject to police verification, character verification & availability of vacancies in the entry.
How to Apply for Indian Navy Recruitment 2024
Candidates have to apply in the prescribed form through Online mode only. No other mode of submission of application is allowed. Before applying candidates, they need to scan their documents including date of birth, address, email ID, mobile number, photo, etc. Instructions for filing the prescribed online form can be found on the official website of the Indian Navy – www.indiannavy.nic.in.
Whilst filling up the e-application, it is advisable to keep the relevant documents readily available to enable the following:-
- (Correct filling up of personal particulars. Details are to be filled up as given in the Matriculation Certificate.
- Fields such as e-mail address, and mobile number are mandatory fields and need to be filled.
- Aadhaar Card issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).
(b) All relevant documents (preferably in original), marks sheets (for candidates appearing in final year) up to 5th & 7th semester for regular and integrated BE/ B.Tech courses respectively, and all semesters (for candidates who have completed their degree), date of birth proof (as per 10th & 12th certificate), CGPA conversion formula for BE/ B.Tech, NCC ‘C’ certificate issued by National Cadet Corps and a recent passport size color photograph should be scanned in original JPG/TIFF format, for attaching the same while filling up the application. Candidates are to take a printout of the application and carry it while appearing for the SSB interview.

Who Can Apply for Indian Navy SSC (IT) Executive Recruitment 2024
(1) Candidates who have graduated/ post-graduated or are in the final year (regular/integrated) with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
(2) The university for the above-mentioned should be incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act
(3) Candidates who have obtained a degree in Engineering (regular/integrated) with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA/System from such foreign university/college/institution.
(4) The university/college/institution should be recognized by the Government of India for an Engineering Degree/equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities established under the AIU, Act 1973.
