Education Qualification: –

CHA-U for UPHC under NUHM –

• Candidate must have passed an ANM course or GNM course recognized by the Indian Nursing Council

Medical Officer for UHWC under XV-FC HG –

• (i) Candidate must have passed an MBBS from a recognized Institute with a 1-year compulsory Internship.

Staff Nurse for UHWC under XV-FC HG –

• Candidate must have passed a GNM training course or B.Sc. Nursing Course recognized by the Indian Nursing Council

CHA-U for UHWC under XV-FC HG –

• Candidate must have passed an ANM course or GNM course recognized by the Indian Nursing Council

Specialist MO (Medicine) for Polyclinic under XV-FC HG –

• Candidate must have passed an MBBS degree with a Post-Graduate degree or DNB in Medicine

Specialist MO (Gynaecology & Obstetrics) for Polyclinic under XV-FC HG–

• Candidate must have passed an MBBS degree with a Post-Graduate degree or DNB or Diploma in Gynaecology & Obstetrics.

Specialist MO (Pediatrics) for Polyclinic under XV-FC HG –

• Candidate must have passed an MBBS degree with a Post-Graduate degree or DNB or Diploma in Paediatric Medicine

Specialist MO (Ophthalmology) for Polyclinic under XV-FC HG –

• Candidate must have passed an MBBS degree with a graduate degree or DNB or Diploma in Ophthalmology.

Staff Nurse for Polyclinic under XV-FC HG –

• Candidate must have passed a Completed GNM training course or B.Sc. Nursing Course

ICTC Lab Tech under NACP –

• Candidate must have passed a Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc) with a minimum 1 year of experience OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with a minimum 2 years of experience

Pharmacist (ART) under NACP –

• Candidate must have passed a GNM/ B.Sc. Nursing

Staff Nurse (ART) under NACP –

• Candidate must have passed a postgraduate degree in Psychology with an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology or Medical and Social Psychology.

Clinical Psychologist under NMHP –

• Candidate must have passed a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.

Multi Rehabilitation Worker under NPHCE –

• Candidate must have passed an MBBS/ Dental/ Ayush/ Nursing/ Life Science/ Social Science graduate with a master’s in hospital administration/ health management

Facility Consultant (Quality) Monitoring) Medical Officer under HCP –

• Candidate must have passed a Graduate in science with a minimum 1 year experience or (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

TBHV under NTEP –

• Candidate must have passed a Graduate in Science or (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).

Laboratory Technician under NTEP –

• Candidate must have passed a Graduate in Science Subject.

Ophthalmic Assistant under NPCB & VI –

• Candidate must have passed a Higher Secondary (12th) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or a Diploma in Paramedical Ophthalmic Assistants course or Optometry & Ophthalmic technique diploma.
