Eligibility Criteria for CSIR IICB Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification: –
JRF (Direct) –
- Candidate must have Passed a Master’s degree holder in relevant streams of Biology or Chemistry. In addition, candidates should have qualified for any National Eligibility Test (NET) with a valid fellowship such as Joint CSIR-UGC NET JRF/ DBT/ ICMR/ DST-INSPIRE JRF, etc. The eligible fellowships must be tenable at national laboratories under CSIR, for pursuing research leading to the PhD degree (subject to successful registration guidelines of CSIR-IICB).
- Candidates in their final year / awaiting results are eligible to appear for an interview fulfilling other qualifications, subject to clearing all the eligibility criteria at the time of joining.

Age Limit
Candidates’ upper age limit should be from 28 years according to their posts. Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC candidates will be applicable as per Govt. instructions
