South East Central Railway Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Educational & Technical Qualification
Must have passed the 10th class examination under the 10+2 system or its equivalent, and Must have passed ITI course in relevant trade from a recognized institution.
Age Limit Details
The candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years of age as on 12.04.2024. The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST candidates, 03 years for OBC, and 10 years for Ex-servicemen and PWD.
The period of Apprenticeship and Stipend
Selected candidates will be engaged as apprentices and they will undergo apprenticeship training for a period of One year for each trade. They will be paid a stipend during their training as per the rules of the State Government of Chhattisgarh. Their training will be terminated after the completion of their apprenticeship.

South East Central Railway Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The following criteria are prescribed for preparation of merit in the selection – Taking the average of the % age marks obtained by the candidates in both Matriculation with minimum 50% marks and ITI examination giving equal weightage to both. Candidates must fill in their 10th & ITI marks on the portal in the qualification section, otherwise, their application will be automatically rejected. No filled any other higher qualification.
South East Central Railway Recruitment 2024 Medical Examination Details
Selected candidates may be advised to bring a medical certificate at the time of document verification in the prescribed proforma as per the Apprenticeship Act 1961 and Apprenticeship Rule 1992 (As amended from time to time). The medical certificate should be signed by Government authorized Doctor (Gaz.), Not below the rank Asstt. Surgeon of Central/State Hospital.

The candidates will have to upload a soft / scanned copy of their present passport-size color photograph and scanned signature along with necessary documents pertaining to educational and technical qualifications on the website.
