Terms and Conditions for engagement of Siliguri Municipal Corporation Recruitment 2024
Contractual Engagement: The engagement is for six months initially. If the service is satisfactory, it can be extended for another six months, and then renewed every six months based on performance. There won’t be any permanent positions available.
Working Hours: The regular working hours are from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. However, during emergencies or urgent situations, working hours may be extended to ensure timely public service.
No Benefits: There won’t be any termination, retirement, or pension benefits provided.
Resignation or Termination: If either party wants to resign or terminate the agreement, they must give 15 days’ notice in advance.
Travel Allowance: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for interviews or any other cases.
Joining: Selected candidates must join the Siliguri Municipal Corporation within seven days of receiving the engagement letter.
Provisional Admission to Interview: Admission to the interview is provisional and subject to verification of eligibility as per the advertisement. Invalid applications may be canceled without notice.
