GENERAL INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS for RBI Recruitment 2024 Candidates
- You’ll be stationed at the Bank’s dispensary in Avantika, Bhopal, with hours specified in the advertisement.
- You might also be asked to work at other dispensary locations in Bhopal.
- You’ll provide medical advice, prescribe medicines, and give injections free of charge to Bank staff, their families, and retired employees under certain conditions. You may also see patients at your private clinic for urgent cases, charging rates set by the Bank.
- You’ll extend medical facilities to the relatives of employees living in staff quarters and help recover charges from them.
- Regardless of your qualifications, you’ll handle general medical duties. If your qualifications conflict with the Bank’s requirements, you’ll ensure the Bank isn’t held liable.
- Your duties include treating minor and major illnesses, handling emergencies, administering injections, dressing wounds, and performing minor surgeries.
- You’ll visit staff members at their quarters when required, and you’ll be paid for these visits.
- You’ll issue medical leave certificates and verify certificates from other medical practitioners.
- You’ll attend to Officers and their families at their residences when requested, charging a fee determined by the Bank.
- You may certify the health of current or prospective employees.
- You’ll prescribe drugs from the Bank’s approved chemists and ensure payment.
- You’ll assist in securing hospital facilities for Bank employees and their families.
- Monthly inspections of office premises for hygiene are required.
- You’ll administer vaccinations and prophylactic treatments as needed.
- You’ll submit an annual health report for Bank staff.
- You’ll manage medicine storage, distribution, and records.
- You’ll advise on drug requests and check drug stock.
- You’ll provide professional opinions on medical claims.
- You’ll handle tasks related to the Bank’s Medical Facilities and Assistance Fund schemes.
- If you’re absent, you’ll arrange for a qualified substitute at your own expense, acceptable to the Bank.
