Pawan Hans GET Vacancy 2025

Pawan Hans has announced a total of 20 vacancies under the GET scheme across four engineering categories. The stream-wise and category-wise vacancy details are as follows:

*Out of the 7 UR posts in Aeronautical/Aerospace/Mechanical, 1 each is reserved for EWS and PwBD.

Pawan Hans GET 2025 – Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech in relevant disciplines from recognized Indian Universities/Institutes.
• Minimum 65% marks (Gen/EWS/OBC) and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD.
• Final-year engineering students can also apply, provided they submit final results during application verification.

GATE-2025 Paper Requirements:

• Aeronautical/Aerospace/Mechanical: Primary – ME; Secondary – AE, IN
• Electrical/EC/Instrumentation: Primary – EE/EC/IN; Secondary – Related papers
• Computer Science & IT: Primary – CS; Secondary – EC, DA
• Civil: Primary – CE; Secondary – ES, AE

Age Limit (As on 21.07.2025):

Maximum 28 years (Gen/EWS)

Age relaxations:

• SC/ST – 5 years
• OBC (NCL) – 3 years
• PwBD – 10 years
• J&K domicile – 5 years
• Ex-Servicemen – As per GoI norms

Selection Process for Pawan Hans GET 2025

The final selection will be based on:

To qualify:

• Gen/EWS/OBC must score at least 12/20 in Interview
• SC/ST/PwBD must score at least 10/20 in Interview

Note: Only GATE-2025 scores are valid. GATE 2024 or earlier scores will not be accepted.

Stipend and Salary

During Training:

• Consolidated stipend of ₹50,000 per month
• 20 days leave in a calendar year
• Insurance cover of ₹5 lakh for self and spouse

After Absorption:

• Pay scale: E-1 Grade: ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000
• Additional benefits as per PHL rules

Service Agreement Bond

Selected candidates must either:

• Execute a bond of ₹3,00,000
  OR
• Submit an FDR of the same amount in favour of Pawan Hans Ltd.
  This bond is for completing the training and serving the company for a minimum of 3 years.
