Eligibility Criteria for Internal Ombudsman 2025

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Experience

  • Must be a retired or serving officer in the rank equivalent to General Manager of another bank or financial regulatory body.
  • Must have minimum 7 years of experience in banking, finance, supervision, regulation, consumer protection, or credit information.

Age Limit

  • Maximum age: 67 years as on 31st March 2025

The selected candidate will receive the following consolidated monthly remuneration:
