Eligibility Criteria for NILERD Recruitment 2024

Education Qualification –

Joint Director (Finance) – 

• Candidate must have Passed a Graduate in Commerce from a recognized university
• Candidate must have Passed a graduate degree in commerce/ financial management OR MBA (Finance) OR S.A.S. (Accountant) in an established Audit/ Accounts organization of the Government.
• A minimum of 10 years (Post Graduate) experience in finance/ accounts in central/ state Govt./ Universities/ recognized

Age Limit:

For Contract basis – (Not less than 35 years but not exceeding 50 years)
For Deputation – (Not exceeding 56 years)

Pay Scale

Joint Director (Finance) :

For Contract basis – Rs.1.45 Lakh per month (consolidated)
For Deputation – Pay Level-12 Rs.78800-209200

Selection Process For NILERD Recruitment 2024

Applicant must be a citizen of India. The duration of the contract/ deputation will be initially three years and may be extended up to two years depending on the performance and requirements of the candidate.
