Eligibility Criteria for NHAI Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification: –
Joint Advisor (Land Acquisition) –
- Retired officers from Central/ State Government/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies at the level equivalent to a District Revenue Officer/ Tehsildar equivalent with experience of 10 years as a Revenue Officer
Experience – Retired Officer from Central/ State Government/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies at the level equivalent to a District Revenue Officer/ Tehsildar equivalent with experience of 10 years as a Revenue Officer.
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be from 65 years according to their posts.
Assistant Advisor (Land Acquisition) –
- Retired Revenue Officials at the level equivalent to Kanungo, Patwaris, with a good understanding of Revenue matters and experience in Land acquisition.
Experience:-
(i) Retired Revenue Officers of Central / State Government/ PSUs / Autonomous Bodies retired at the level equivalent to Kanungo, Patwaris, or above.
(ii) 10 years minimum experience in the relevant Revenue Department and have an in-depth understanding of the current land acquisition process.
(iii) Prior experience as an Assistant Advisor (LA) in any NHAI office is preferred.
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be from 65 years according to their posts.

Selection Process for NHAI Recruitment 2024
The selection methodology comprises two – a stage process, an interview followed by a medical examination. The selection process will judge the candidate on different facets like knowledge, skills, comprehension, attitude, aptitude, and physical fitness.
