JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES of NCRTC Director 2024:-
As the Director of Business Development, you’ll be part of the Board of Directors and report to the Managing Director. Your main job is to come up with plans and policies to make sure we have enough money coming in. This includes finding new ways to make money, looking for new business opportunities, and managing projects that bring in extra income. You’ll also work on supporting our current projects and planning for future ones as required by the government.

To apply for this position, you must meet one of the following criteria:
(a) If you’re an officer in the Central/State Government or Autonomous Bodies of the Government of India, you should currently hold a high-ranking position with a minimum of two years’ service in a specific pay scale.
(b) If you’re an executive in a CPSE/PSU/JV, you should currently hold a high-level position with at least two years’ service in a specific pay scale.
(c) If you’re from a private sector company:
You need at least 20 years of experience in the Railway Sector.
You should be working in a private company listed on a stock exchange with a turnover of over Rs. 1,000 Crore annually for the past three years.
You must have worked in a senior position for at least five years.
(d) Retired officers from the Central/State Government or Autonomous Bodies and executives from CPSE/PSU/JVs who meet certain criteria are also eligible.
Once selected, serving officers/executives can join the Corporation either immediately or on a deputation basis for the duration of the post.
