The Infosys Foundation has launched the STEM Stars Scholarship Program 2025–26 to support girls in India who want to study Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM). This scholarship is meant for female students from financially weaker backgrounds who are starting or continuing their undergraduate studies in STEM fields.
Under this program, selected students will receive up to ₹1,00,000 per year for the full duration of their course (up to 4 years). This amount will help cover tuition fees, study materials, living expenses, hostel fees, and other education-related costs.
Who Can Apply for Infosys Foundation STEM Scholarship 2025-26?
This scholarship is open to Indian female students who have completed Class 12 and are currently enrolled in the first year of an undergraduate STEM course (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) at a NIRF-accredited institution.
Additionally, female students who are in the second year of a five-year B.Arch or Integrated/Dual Degree program are also eligible. Applicants must have a family income of ₹8,00,000 or less per year.
Girls who have taken admission in government engineering or medical colleges that are not listed under NIRF rankings are also allowed to apply.

Important Documents
Applicants need to provide several documents while applying for the scholarship. These include:
- Passport-sized photo
- Class 12 mark sheet and passing certificate
- JEE Main/CET/NEET scorecard
- Government ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.)
- Admission proof (fee receipt, admission letter, etc.)
- Income proof (certificate, BPL card, Ayushman Bharat card)
- Last 6 months’ electricity bills
- Receipts of academic expenses
- Bank passbook copy or cancelled cheque
Infosys Foundation STEM Scholarship 2025-26 How to Apply?
To apply, candidates must visit the Buddy4Study website and click on the “Apply Now” button under the Infosys Foundation STEM Stars Scholarship Program 2025–26. If not already registered, students will need to sign up using their email, mobile number, or Google account.

Selection Process for Infosys Foundation STEM Scholarship 2025-26
Students will be selected based on financial need and academic performance. The process includes screening, document check, a phone interview, and final approval.
