About B.A. in Journalism and Digital Media Course
Launched initially in 2024, this four-year undergraduate degree is now being offered in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which encourages multidisciplinary and flexible education. IGNOU has extended the course duration from six years to eight years, giving students ample flexibility to complete their degree at their own pace. At the same time, those who wish to complete the course in a standard three-year period will also have the option to do so.
This course is particularly suitable for students who cannot attend full-time college due to personal, geographic, or economic challenges, but still wish to pursue a career in media, journalism, or digital communication.
