- Executive Trainee: Max 27 years
- Assistant Engineer: Max 45 years
- Assistant Manager: Max 30 years
- Deputy Manager: Max 35 years
- Manager: Max 40 years
- AGM: Max 50 years

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Executive Trainee: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical/Naval Architecture with 65% marks.
- Assistant Engineer (IT): Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science with 60% marks + 7 years’ experience.
- Assistant Manager: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 60% marks + 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Deputy Manager: Degree in relevant field with 60% marks + 7 years’ experience.
- Manager: Engineering degree with 9 years’ experience.
- AGM: Degree in Mechanical/Naval Architecture + 15 years’ experience.
