Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Accessories Division, Lucknow has released a detailed notification for the HAL Lucknow ITI Apprentice Recruitment 2025 under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (as amended). This recruitment drive is for ITI pass candidates in various trades who are seeking technical training opportunities with one of India’s premier aerospace organizations.
The apprenticeship is open to candidates who have completed ITI in 2022, 2023, or 2024 from recognized NCVT/SCVT institutions. HAL invites eligible Indian nationals to apply online through the official website. The application window opens on 18 June 2025 and will close on 2 July 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
For trades like Fitter, Turner, Electrician, Machinist, Machinist Grinder, and Draughtsman (Mechanical):
- Passed High School (Science & Math) in 10+2 system or equivalent.
- Passed ITI in relevant trade from NCVT/SCVT-affiliated institutions in 2022, 2023, or 2024.
For trades like Electronics Mechanic, Refrigeration & AC, Instrument Mechanic, Electroplater, Welder, Sheet Metal Worker:
- Passed High School in 10+2 system or equivalent.
- ITI in relevant trade from NCVT/SCVT in the required years.
For COPA / PASAA trade:
- Must hold a National Trade Certificate from NCVT/SCVT in COPA or PASAA.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 27 years as on 02 July 2025.
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years in their respective categories
Selection Process
The selection will be based on merit, as per the following criteria:
- 70% weightage to the percentage obtained in High School.
- 30% weightage to the percentage obtained in ITI.
- In case of CGPA, conversion to percentage (accurate to two decimal points) must be done as per the board’s certified formula.
- Provisionally selected candidates will be called for document verification at the Technical Training Centre, HAL Lucknow.
- Final selection is subject to successful document verification.

- From 18 June 2025, the application link will be activated.
- Register by filling in the “Enroll Basic Details” section and obtain a registration number.
- Complete the application form and upload a passport-size photo and signature.
- Verify all details before clicking submit.
- Incomplete or incorrect forms will be rejected.
