The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has released a new recruitment notice for diploma holders seeking technical roles in the Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) Phase-II project.

Overview of the Recruitment
DMRC is conducting walk-in screening to hire Supervisors on a Fixed Term Contract basis for the operations and maintenance work of the Chennai Metro. The selection will be based on merit, document verification, and language proficiency tests.
DMRC Supervisor Available Posts
Supervisor (Operations)
- Qualification: 3-year diploma in any branch of engineering from a Government Polytechnic in Tamil Nadu.
- Age: 18 to 33 years (Relaxation as per Tamil Nadu Govt. norms).
- Reservation: 30% horizontal reservation for women candidates.
Supervisor (Maintenance)
- Qualification: 3-year diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, IT, Computer Engineering, Instrumentation, or related streams from a Government Polytechnic in Tamil Nadu.
- Final year diploma students (2025 pass-outs) are also eligible to appear, subject to conditions.

- Monthly Salary: ₹26,660 (Cost to Company basis)
- Contract Tenure: Initially 3 years; may be renewed or terminated based on performance

Selection Process for DMRC Supervisor Vacancies
Candidates will undergo:
- Document Verification
- Tamil Language Proficiency Test (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
- Psycho Test (for Operations roles only)
Final selection will depend on merit and reservation rules. No Psycho Test is required for Maintenance roles.
