Eligibility Criteria for BSF Air Wing Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification: –
Assistant Aircraft Mechanic (ASI) –
- Candidate must have Passed a 03 years Diploma in the relevant trade.
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be 28 years according to their posts.
Assistant Radio Mechanic (ASI) –
- Candidate must have Passed a 03 years Diploma recognized by the Directorate General Civil Aviation in Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering.
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be 28 years according to their posts.
Constable (Storeman) –
- Candidate must have Passed a Matriculation with Science from a recognized Board.
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be 20 to 25 years according to their posts.
SI (Works) –
- Candidate must have Passed a B.E./B.Tech. Degree or MBA Degree relevant field with first class or equivalent grade (6.5 on 10 point scale) and consistently excellent academic record.
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be 30 years according to their posts.
SI/JE (Elect) –
- Candidate must have Passed a 03 years Diploma in Electrical EngineeringElectrical Engineering/ Civil Engineering from an Institute recognized by the Central Government or State Government.
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be 30 years according to their posts.
HC (Plumber) –
- Candidate must have passed a Matriculation or equivalent with ITI Certificate in the trade of Plumber of three years experience in the respective trade from a reputed firm.
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be 18 to 25 years according to their posts.
HC (Carpenter) –
- Candidate must have passed a Matriculation or equivalent with ITI Certificate in the trade of Carpenter of three years experience in the respective trade from a reputed firm.
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be 18 to 25 years according to their posts.
Constable (Generator Operator) –
- Candidate must have passed a Matriculation or equivalent with an ITI Certificate in the trade of (Electrician or Wireman) of three years experience in the respective trade from a reputed firm.
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be 18 to 25 years according to their posts.
Constable (Generator Mechanic) –
- Candidate must have passed a Matriculation or equivalent with ITI Certificate in Diesel/ Motor Mechanic of three years experience in the respective trade from a reputed firm.

Constable (Lineman) –
- Candidate must have passed a Matriculation or equivalent with ITI Certificate in the trade of Electrical Wireman or Lineman of three years experience in the respective trade from a reputed firm.
