WBPSC WBJS Syllabus 2025

The West Bengal Judicial Service Examination 2025 will be conducted in three stages – Preliminary Examination, Final Examination, and Personality Test. The syllabus covers a wide range of law and general knowledge topics as per the standard of a Law graduate.

1. Preliminary Examination Syllabus

The Preliminary Exam is an objective-type paper carrying 200 marks with 200 multiple-choice questions. The duration is 2½ hours. The standard of questions will be equivalent to an LL.B. graduate level from a recognized university.

  • The final merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the Final Examination and Personality Test.
