Yes, candidates from other states can apply for the UKPSC PCS 2025 exam. However, please note that only domicile candidates of Uttarakhand will be eligible for reservation benefits (like age relaxation, fee concession, etc.). Other state candidates will be considered under the General (Unreserved) category.
