Post Name : Deputy Manager, Group-B, Gazetted (Technical)
Number of Vacancy : 01 (UR)
Education Qualification : Candidates need to have a diploma in Printing Technology or a degree from a recognized institution. They should also have practical experience of 5 years for diploma holders
or 3 years for degree holders in a well-known Offset Printing Press. This experience should be in a supervisory role in various aspects of printing like Electrical, Mechanical, Offset Printing Machine, Offset Pre-Press, DTP Works, and Colour Printing Works.
Desirable Qualification : Candidates must know either Bengali or Kokborok. During the interview, their proficiency in Bengali or Kokborok will be evaluated, and they may receive additional marks for having this knowledge. In written tests, knowing Bengali or Kokborok may also be considered as a merit.
Age Limit : The highest age allowed is 40 years as of April 1, 2024.
If you’re from the SC/ST/PH group or you work for the government, you can be up to 5 years older. But, if you’re from the SC/ST group or a government worker, you can’t get more than 5 years extra, including the 5 years you already get as SC/ST candidates.
Pay Scale : Rs.10230 – Rs.34,800/-

Group-B Gazetted Posts:- Rs. 350/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Fifty) only for General Candidates and Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty) for ST/SC/BPL Card Holders/Physically Handicapped candidates only. Hence the placement fee deposited is non-refundable.
TPSC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process :
The selection process will consist of two consecutive stages namely:-
Examination Exam:- 100 Marks (2.00 Hours)
Interview/ Personality Test (with 2 marks for judging desired aptitude):- 15 marks.
