Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited (TMB) has officially released the TMB Bank IT Recruitment 2025 notification for the appointment of seasoned IT professionals in key leadership positions. The bank is looking to fill the posts of Vice President (IT), Executive Vice President (IT), and Deputy Vice President (IT – CISA Qualified) for its Information Technology Department.

Eligibility Criteria
Vice President – IT
- Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science / IT / MCA / equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in the IT domain, preferably in banking with core banking environment exposure.
- Eligibility: AGMs or equivalent cadre in scheduled commercial banks with at least 2 years’ experience at that level.
Executive Vice President – IT
- Qualification: Engineering Graduate or MCA or Graduation/Post-Graduation with IT professional qualifications.
- Experience: At least 15 years in IT with 5 years in senior management handling IT policies, cybersecurity, networks, applications, or payment systems.
Deputy Vice President – IT (CISA Qualified)
- Qualification: Engineering Degree (CS/IT) or MCA or equivalent with CISA/CISSP/CISM certification.
- Experience: 8 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in information security in banking.
