Educational Qualification:- Candidates must have passed Master‟s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English.

Age:- 18 to 30 years as on 01.08.2023, i.e., candidates born not before 02.08.1993 and not later than 01.08.2005 are eligible to apply.

Age Relaxation:-
• SC/ST – 5 Years
• OBC – 3 Years
• PwBD (Unreserved) – 10 Years
• PwBD (OBC) – 13 Years
• PwBD (SC/ST) – 15 Years

Pay Scale:- i) Junior Translation Officer(JTO) in Central Secretariat OfficialLanguage Service (CSOLS): (Level-6) Rs. 35400-112400/-

ii) Junior Translation Officer(JTO) in Armed Forces Headquarters(AFHQ): (Level-6) Rs.35400-112400/-

iii) Junior Hindi Translator (JHT)/ Junior Translation Officer(JTO)/Junior Translator(JT) in various Central Government Ministries/Departments/Organizations: (Level-6) Rs. 35400-112400/-

iv) Senior Hindi Translator(SHT)/Senior Translator (ST) in various Central Government Ministries/Departments/Organizations: (Level-7) Rs.44900-142400/-

Fee:- (a) All Other Candidates – Rs. 100/-
(b) SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-servicemen Candidates – No Fee

Selection Process:- Computer-Based Examination & Document Verification.
