Eligibility Criteria for SIDBI SVCL Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Preference: Engineering, Maths, Economics)
- Additional Preferred: MBA / MMS / PGDM / MS in Finance, CA, CFA
- Certification: NISM Series XIX-C/D is preferred
Experience
- SVP/VP: Minimum 15 years in Investment Banking, VC, PE, Project/Credit Appraisal, etc.
- Investment Principal: 5–10 years in relevant fields
- SIA/IA: 2–5 years (SIA: 3–5 yrs; IA: 2–3 yrs)
- Analyst: Fresh graduates can apply
Experience in start-ups, deeptech, fintech, AI, drones, climate impact, and related sectors is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates selected for the various roles will be responsible for:
- Fundraising and investor relations
- Sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities
- Financial modeling and valuation
- Due diligence and documentation
- Monitoring portfolio companies and exit strategies
- Strategic business development and sector analysis
- Compliance and governance

Compensation
The Annual Fixed Compensation (AFC) is negotiable and will be based on experience and qualifications.
- Additional performance-based variable pay is applicable as per SVCL policy.
- No residential accommodation will be provided by SVCL.
