SEBI Recruitment 2024 Stream Details :
1.Stream Name : General Stream
Education Qualification : The Candidate’s needs to have a Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma (at least two years long) in any subject, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Engineering from a recognized university or institute. They can also be a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, Company Secretary, or Cost Accountant.
2.Stream Name : Legal Stream
Education Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institute.
Desirable Experience : The candidate needs to have worked for two years after becoming a lawyer, including time as an assistant in a law office or law firm, after being officially registered as a lawyer under the Advocates Act, 1961.
3.Stream Name : Information Technology Stream
Education Qualification : The applicant needs to have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from any field or a Bachelor’s degree in any subject along with a postgraduate qualification (lasting at least two years) in computer science, computer applications, or information technology from a recognized university or institute.
4.Stream Name : Engineering (Electrical) Stream
Education Qualification : The Candidate Should have Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
Desirable Experience : The Candidate those are applying needs to know how electronic stuff like CCTV, security alarms, fire alarms, EPABX, and UPS work. They should also have experience fixing things like lifts, pumps, and air conditioners. Plus, they should know about managing construction projects and understand PERT/CPM techniques.
5.Stream Name : Research Stream
Education Qualification : The Candidate needs to have a Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma (at least two years long) in subjects like Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Econometrics, Quantitative Economics, Financial Economics, Mathematical Economics, Business Economics, Agricultural Economics, Industrial Economics, or Business Analytics.
6.Stream Name : Official Language
Education Qualification : The Candidate applying needs to have a Master’s degree in Hindi or Hindi translation with English as a subject during their Bachelor’s studies. Alternatively, they can have a Master’s degree in Sanskrit, English, Economics, or Commerce with Hindi as a subject during their Bachelor’s studies. Another option is having a Master’s degree in both English and Hindi or Hindi translation from a recognized university or institute.
SEBI Recruitment 2024 Age Limit :
Applicant must be under 30 years of age by March 31, 2024. That means they must have been born on or after April 01, 1994. There may be exceptions to this rule based on certain rules.
Securities and Exchange Board of India Recruitment 2024 Pay Scale :
The starting salary for Grade A officers is ₹44,500 and increases by ₹2,500 every four years until it reaches ₹54,500. Then, it increases by ₹2,850 every seven years until it hits ₹74,450. After that, it has an extra boost (EB) and increases by ₹2,850 every four years until it reaches ₹85,850. Finally, there’s a one-time increase of ₹3,300, reaching a maximum of ₹89,150 after 17 years.

SEBI Recruitment 2024 Application Fee :
The candidate needs to pay ₹1000 as an application fee. This includes the Intimation Charge and 18% GST for Unreserved and OBC categories. For SC/ST/PwBD candidates in the EWSs category, the fee is ₹100, including the Intimation Charge and 18% GST. Once paid, the application fee won’t be refunded.
SEBI Recruitment 2024 Selection Process :
The selection process will happen in three steps. First, there will be an online test with two papers (Phase I). Those who pass Phase I will move to Phase II, another online test with two papers. Finally, candidates selected from Phase II will have an interview. SEBI may change the selection process if needed.
