RRC NR Recruitment 2025: The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Northern Railway, has released Employment Notice No. RRC/NR 02/2025/S&G for recruitment against Scouts & Guides Quota in Level 1 and Level 2 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix. A total of 23 vacancies have been announced.

RRC NR Scouts & Guides Quota Recruitment 2025 Notification Out
Northern Railway is inviting applications from eligible Indian citizens for recruitment against the Scouts & Guides Quota for the year 2025–26 in Level 1 and Level 2 pay levels. The posts are open to all candidates including those belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Ex-SM/PwBD categories, with applicable relaxations.
Candidates can apply for both Level 1 and Level 2 categories (separate application and fee required), and the exams for both categories will be held on the same day in two shifts.

Eligibility Criteria for Northern Railway Scouts & Guides Quota 2025
Level 2 (Group ‘C’)
Educational Qualification: 12th Pass with 50% marks (not required for SC/ST/Ex-SM or higher qualification holders)
OR
Matric + ITI/Act Apprenticeship for technical posts
Scouting Qualification:
- President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger or HWB holder
- Active member of a Scouts organization for at least 5 years
- Attended 2 National/All Indian Railway & 2 State-level events
Level 1 (Group ‘D’)
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass OR ITI OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC)
Scouting Qualification: Same as above
