RITES Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates have to complete their Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Degree to apply for the Posts.
Age Limit: The applicant’s Age should be less than 40 Years to be capable of Applying for the Posts. Age Relaxation will be applicable as per the Guidelines of the Indian Government.

Pay Scale: Candidates after getting selected for the Position of Sr Manager & Assistant Manager will be able to receive Rs. 40,000/- to 1,4000/- or Rs. 60,000/- to 1,80,000/- Per Month As Per Posts.
Selection Procedure RITES Recruitment 2024
Candidates will be selected based on Performance in Written Examination / Interview. Once RITES gets all the applications, eligible candidates will need to take a written test, either online or offline. The company will decide how many candidates to shortlist based on the number of eligible applicants. Because of the pandemic, the selection process might happen online, depending on what RITES thinks is best.
Candidates who do well in the written test and meet the eligibility criteria will move on to the interview stage. Here’s how we’ll weigh the different parts of the selection process: 60% for the written exam and 40% for the interview. The interview will focus on technical skills, communication, and competency.
To be considered for the job, candidates from UR/EWS categories need at least 50% marks in the written test and 60% in the interview. For SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD candidates, it’s 45% in the written test and 50% in the interview. There’s no minimum total score needed.
The written test will have 125 multiple-choice questions, lasting 2.5 hours, with no negative marking. Candidates will be called for interviews in a ratio of 1:6 to the number of vacancies.
Selected candidates will need to pass a medical examination based on RITES rules. They’ll also have to show proof of their education and experience, which will be verified.
Once candidates meet all the eligibility criteria, they’ll be shortlisted for interviews. RITES’ decision on a candidate’s eligibility is final, and there won’t be any further discussion about it.
