RBI Gangtok Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
RBI Gangtok Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification
- Applicant should possess an MBBS degree from any University recognized by the Medical Council of India in the Allopathic system of medicine.
- Applicants having a Master’s Degree in General Medicine may also apply.
- Applicant should have at least two years post-qualification experience practicing the Allopathic system of medicine in any hospital or clinic as a Medical Practitioner.

RBI Gangtok Recruitment 2024 Salary Details
For the services rendered by MC, the remuneration is fixed at Rs.1000/- per hour per working day for the 3 years of the contract. The fixed remuneration is payable on a monthly basis. Further, no superannuation benefits viz. Pension, Provident Fund, or Gratuity will be payable. No leave would be admissible. No perquisites/facilities also would be made available. If required to attend to the Dispensary on any public holiday, compensation of Rs.1000/- per hour would be paid.
RBI Gangtok Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
Selection will be made through interviews of eligible candidates. The Bank reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards etc. in order to limit the number of candidates to be called for interview. The decision of the Bank in this regard will be final. The RBI will not entertain any correspondence with the applicants who have not been called for the interview.

Eligible candidates may apply in the format given in the Official Notification only. Application in a sealed cover should reach the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Tseyang Dzong Building, Amdo Golai, NH- 10, Gangtok – 737102 before 17:00 hrs on May 09, 2024. The sealed cover should be super-scribed as ‘Application for the post of Medical Consultant on a contract basis with fixed hourly remuneration’.
