Eligibility Criteria for OSSC Recruitment 2024

Educational Qualification:-

Junior Assistant –

• Candidate must have Passed a +3 in Arts or Science or Commerce or such other qualification as is equivalent to a +3 examination with basic skill and knowledge in Computer and Information Technology applications.

PET –

• Candidate must have Passed a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts with a Certificate in Physical Education (B.A.C.P.Ed).

Laboratory Assistant- cum-Storekeeper –

• Candidate must have Passed a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in respective Practical Subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Anthropology, Education, Geography, Geology, Home Science & Psychology.

Age Limit

Candidates’ age limit should be a Minimum age of 21 years maximum age of 38 years shall be 38 years of age as of I’t January 2024 i.e., he/she must have been born not earlier than 2nd January 1986 and not later than 1st January 2003.

Selection Process For OSSC Recruitment 2024

Candidates for Non-Teaching posts will be selected through a competitive examination as per the details below

Junior Assistant – The selection will be based on a Written Test and Skill Test. The examination shall consist of;
(i) Written Test – 200 Marks
(ii) Skil Test 50 Marks
Total 250 Marks

Physical Education Teacher (P.E.T) & Laboratory Assistant-Cum-Storekeeper: –

The selection process will be based on written tests only. Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) will be set. The duration of the exam will be two hours.
The written test will carry full marks of 150
