Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & A.H.)
- For foreign degrees: Valid conversion certificate from VCI
- Valid registration under Odisha Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1970

- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 42 years
