Educational Qualification
- Head (Catering / Housekeeping / Concierge & Overall Experience): Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management (min. 2 years) with 60% marks. Specialized Certificate/Diploma in relevant field desirable.
- Head (Horticulture): Postgraduate Degree in Horticulture/Agriculture (specialization in Horticulture) or Floriculture & Landscaping with 60% marks. Specialized Certificate/Diploma desirable.
- Head (Training & Diving): Valid Professional Diving certifications (Navy Clearance Diver, PADI/Open Water, HUET Diver/Instructor, Lifeguard, First Aid) with required medical certificates.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in relevant field, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role at a 5-star hotel/resort for non-diving posts.
- For Head (Training & Diving): Minimum 5 years as HUET Diver and 2 years in training centre operations.
