OICL Assistant Eligibility 2025
1. Nationality
The candidate must be:
- A citizen of India
OR - A subject of Nepal or Bhutan
OR - A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 intending to permanently settle in India
OR - A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam intending to settle permanently in India.
Note: Candidates falling under categories other than Indian citizens must have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
2. Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
(Candidate must have been born between 02.07.1995 and 01.07.2004 – both dates inclusive)
