Odisha Police OSSF Recruitment 2025: The Odisha Police Department announced a fresh recruitment drive for engagement in the Odisha Special Striking Force (OSSF), inviting applications from eligible Ex-Army, Ex-Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), and Ex-Coast Guard personnel.
Interested and Eligible candidates can report for walk-in recruitment every Monday at the Special Operations Group (SOG) Headquarters in Chandaka, Bhubaneswar.

Odisha Police OSSF Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
- Must be an Ex-Army, Ex-CAPF, Ex-Air Force, Ex-Navy, or Ex-Coast Guard personnel.
- Must have retired within five years from service as of 20.11.2024.
- Must have received an honorable discharge.
- Should be in SHAPE-1 medical category at the time of discharge.
Age Limit (as of 20.11.2024):
- Havildar/Naik/Leading Naik: Maximum age 50 years
- Sepoy: Maximum age 45 years
- General upper limit: No personnel will be engaged or retained after 60 years of age.
- Must have maintained a Good or Above character rating.
- Should not have been convicted in any criminal case or faced major disciplinary action.
