How to Apply for NPSC Combined Technical Services Exam 2024

  • One-Time Registration (OTR): OTR is mandatory for filling up the online application. It will be active from 1st April 2024, 12:00 noon, till 25th April 2024, 12:00 noon. Only eligible candidates for the CTSE-2024 can register for OTR.
  • Where to Apply: Online applications can be submitted on the NPSC portal at https://npsc.nagaland.gov.in.
  • Application Period: The online application will be available from 1st April 2024, 12:00 noon, till 29th April 2024, 12:00 noon.
  • For Government Employees: Government employees need to upload a “No Objection Certificate” signed by the Head of Department while submitting the online application.
  • Fee Structure: OTR registration is free of cost. However, candidates need to pay an examination fee of Rs. 300, along with a convenience fee of Rs. 25 and applicable payment gateway charges.
  • Document Requirements: Candidates must provide attested/self-attested photocopies of various documents, including:
  • Admit card for proof of Date of Birth.
  • Indigenous Inhabitant Certificate, Scheduled Tribe Certificate, Backward Tribe Certificates if applicable.
  • Certificate from competent medical authority for physically handicapped candidates.
  • Proof of Educational Qualifications from matriculation onwards.
  • No Objection Certificate from the Head of Department/Public Undertaking for government employees.
  • All relevant documents/certificates must be issued before the last date of application submission.
  • Certificate Signing: Indigenous Inhabitant Certificate, S.C, S.T & B.T Certificates should be signed only by a competent authority not below the rank of Additional Deputy Commissioner.
  • Eligibility Norms: If a candidate is found to not fulfill the eligibility norms or provides incorrect/false information, their candidature will be canceled.
  • Commission’s Decision: The decision of the Commission regarding eligibility, examination conduct, and selection will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
  • Application Forms: Application forms will not be issued from the Commission’s office.
