Candidates after getting selected for the Position of Industrial Trainee will be able to receive Rs. 18,000/- Per Month as per posts.

Candidates will be selected based on performance in the Written Test.
How to Apply for NLCIL Recruitment 2024
Apply Online: Candidates must apply only through the NLC India Limited website www.nlcindia.in.
Prepare Contact Details: Before starting the online registration/application process, candidates need to ensure they have an active mobile number and personal email ID. These should remain active throughout the entire selection process, as NLCIL will communicate training-related information through SMS and email.
Upload Required Documents: Candidates must upload scanned copies of self-attested documents/certificates in the prescribed format to establish their eligibility. Failure to do so may result in application rejection.
Apply for Each Training Scheme Separately: If applying for multiple training schemes, candidates should fill out and submit separate Registration-cum-Application Forms for each scheme, along with the required enclosures.
Submit Only One Application per Training Scheme: Candidates should submit only one application for each training scheme. If multiple applications are submitted, only the last one will be considered for further processing.
Check Uploaded Documents: Before applying, candidates should ensure they have uploaded all the required documents. The online portal will provide a “View Document” option for candidates to check their uploaded documents.
Submit Application Online: After uploading the required documents, candidates should submit their application online. They should then take a printout of the registration cum application form and produce it, along with self-attested copies of certificates/documents, during the Document/Certificate verification process.
Application Scrutiny: Applications will be shortlisted based solely on the documents/certificates uploaded by candidates during the online registration/application process.
No Manual Applications: NLCIL will not entertain manual/paper applications. Candidates are advised not to send any hard copies to the office.
Application Portal Timing: The online application portal for registration will be active from 10:00 hours on 20/03/2024 to 17:00 hours on 19/04/2024. Candidates should ensure they submit their applications within this time frame.
NLCIL Recruitment 2024 Required Documents
Ensure Legibility: Candidates must make sure that the documents they upload are clear and legible. If the documents are not readable for scrutiny, their application may be rejected.

Arrange Documents Chronologically: When uploading multiple documents supporting educational qualifications, they should be arranged in chronological order in a single PDF file. Attempting to upload multiple PDF files may result in overwriting, and only the last uploaded file will be saved.
No Physical Submission: There is no provision for physically submitting applications or supporting documents. Everything must be done online.

GENERAL CONDITIONS for NLCIL Recruitment 2024
Nationality Requirement: Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
Minimum Age: Applicants must be at least 18 years old as of the Crucial Date.
Eligibility Conditions: NLCIL reserves the right to adjust eligibility criteria based on the response and organizational needs.
Medical Examination: Acceptance into the training program is subject to passing a medical examination.
Termination of Training: Either the trainee or NLC India can terminate the training with seven days’ notice. If terminated, trainees must return any entrusted property.
Disciplinary Training: NLC India can end the training if a trainee isn’t following the rules. Their decision is final.
Vacancy Discretion: NLCIL may choose not to fill all available trainee slots based on organizational needs.

Application Submission: Applying doesn’t guarantee selection for training.
Document Verification: Candidates must provide original documents during document verification. Failure to do so will disqualify them from further consideration.
Engagement Process Flexibility: NLCIL can change the engagement process without notice if necessary.
Future Employment Opportunities: Trained PAPs may be considered for fixed-term or permanent employment based on future vacancies. Completion of training doesn’t guarantee permanent employment.
Certificate Translation: If the SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS Certificate is not in English, Hindi, or Tamil, candidates must provide a translated copy.
