Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Postgraduate degree (preferably in Management or Engineering).
Experience:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in business administration.
- Experience in startups, incubation, or business development is preferred.
- Desirable: 2-3 years in startup incubation centers or tech-based enterprises.
Age Limit:
- Maximum age: 55 years
- Age relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PWD: 10 years
Skills and Qualities
- Leadership and motivational abilities
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Knowledge of startup ecosystems and fundraising
- Experience in equity financing, financial systems (GeM, PFMS), and IPRs
