Eligibility Criteria for NIBMG Recruitment 2024
Project Name: National Supercomputing Mission (NSM)
Education Qualification: –
- Candidate should have passed MTech/ M.C.A/ MSc in Computer Science/ Statistics/ Bioinformatics/ Biop Physics/ Bioengineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience analyzing terabyte-scale datasets.
- Experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis
- Strong UNIX scripting knowledge
Desirable Qualifications –
- Experience in whole genome/targeted sequencing, RNA-Seq, and genotyping arrays
- Experience in Python programming
- Domain knowledge of genetics and genomics
- Scientific papers published in reputed journals.
