Selection Procedure of Maharashtra Police Recruitment 2024
Candidates will be selected based on performance in the Written Examination, PET (Physical Efficiency Test), PST (Physical Standard Test), document verification, and Medical Exam.
First, candidates will take a written exam to test their knowledge and skills in law enforcement subjects.
Those who pass the written exam will then do a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), where they’ll have to do things like running, long jump, high jump, and other fitness activities.
Candidates who clear the PET will then go through a Physical Standard Test (PST) to make sure they meet the physical standards set by the Maharashtra Police Department.
Once candidates pass the PST, they’ll need to provide all necessary documents, like educational certificates and domicile certificates, for verification.
After document verification, a final merit list of selected candidates will be made based on their performance in the written exam, PET, PST, and document verification.
Selected candidates will then have a medical examination to ensure they’re physically fit for the role of a police constable.
