Educational Qualification:- Must possess a Degree in Law of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University.
Age:- 1) SC/ SC(A)/ ST for State of Tamil Nadu:- Minimum 35 years & Maximum 50 years.
2) For Others and Candidates from other States/ Union Territories:- Minimum 35 years & Maximum 47 years.
3) For Persons with Benchmark Disability (SC/SC(A)/ST) Candidates belonging to the State of Tamil Nadu:- Minimum 35 years & Maximum 60 years.
4) For Persons with Benchmark Disability (Others & Candidates from other States / Union Territories:- Minimum 35 years & Maximum 57 years.
Pay Scale:- Rs. 51,550 – 63,070/-
Fee:- (a) Others (Candidates not belonging to SC/ SC(A)/ ST in the State of Tamil Nadu) and Candidates from other States / Union Territories – Rs. 2000/-
(b) SC/ SC(A)/ ST (the disability should not be less than 40% [Benchmark Disabilities]) & Differently abled Persons & Destitute Widows (Certificate as in Annexure-E, should be obtained from the Revenue Divisional Officer/ Sub Collector/ Assistant Collector concerned) – No Fee
