Eligibility Criteria for KRIBHCO GET Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification
To be eligible for the KRIBHCO Graduate Engineer Trainee posts, candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant subject. Candidates have scored at least 65% aggregate marks in graduation. Other Required educational details are as follows:
- Have at least 60% marks in Class 10 and 12.
- Valid GATE 2025 score in the respective discipline.

KRIBHCO GET Selection Process 2025

Those who get selected will get training for one year. After training, they will be promoted to the post of Senior Engineer.
Stipend and Salary Details
During Training Period
- Post: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
- Pay Scale: 55,000 – 1,30,000
- Basic Pay: 55,000/month
- CTC: Approx. 16.32 lakhs per annum
After Successful Completion of Training
- Post: Senior Engineer
- Pay Scale: 55,000 – 1,30,000
- Basic Pay: 56,650/month
- CTC: Approx. 16.81 lakhs per annum
KRIBHCO GET Bond Agreement
Selected candidates will need to sign a bond agreeing to work at KRIBHCO for three years after completing their training. The bond amount will be ₹2,00,000 for General and OBC candidates, and ₹50,000 for SC and ST candidates.
