Eligibility Criteria
The qualifications and experience needed vary by post. Below are general highlights:
- Deputy General Manager (ATT): Graduate with 13 years’ experience in tourism/travel. MBA or PG in tourism preferred.
- Manager (F&A): CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance) with 7 years of experience.
- Assistant Managers: Most require a relevant degree (Hotel Management, MBA, Law, etc.) with at least 2 years of experience and a minimum CTC of ₹5 Lakhs per year.
- Chef: Hotel Management degree + 2 years of relevant experience. A trade test will be part of the selection.
- Assistant Company Secretary: Member of ICSI with 2 years’ experience in a listed company.
Additional preference may be given to candidates with teaching experience, IATA certification, knowledge of import-export regulations, or law degrees (as applicable).
