Educational Qualification:- (1) Graduate Trainee (Finance):- Graduate in Commerce from a recognized Indian University.
(2) Graduate Trainee (HR):- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized Indian University.
(3) Diploma Trainee (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical):- 3 years Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering.
(4) Geologist/ Petrologist:- Graduation in Geology/ applied Geology with
Geology/ Chemistry as major subject
(5) Chemist:- 3 years Diploma in Engineering/ Graduate in science with chemistry as major subject
Age:- Maximum Age 26 Years.
Age Relaxation:- (i) UR/ EWS – Nil
(ii) OBC (NCL) – 3 years
(iii) SC/ST – 5 years
(iv) PwBD- UR/EWS – 10 years
(v) PwBD- OBC(NCL) – 10+3 years
(vi) PwBD- SC/ST – 10+5 years
(vii) Ex-servicemen and Commissioned Officers: 3 years
Pay Scale:- • Grade and Stipend during the period of training:- S-0 Grade Consolidated monthly Stipend of Rs.37,200/- plus company accommodation/ HRA in case of non-availability of company accommodation.
• Grade and Scale of Pay upon appointment after successful completion of Training:- S-1 Grade Rs. 25000-68000/-
Fee:- (a) General (UR), EWS and OBC(NCL) Categories – Rs. 500/- (Inclusive of GST)
(b) SC/ST/PwBD/ESM and Female Category – Nil
Written Test Centres:- The written examination will be held in Mumbai, Nagpur, Trivandrum, Kochi, Bhubaneswar, and Nagercoil. Candidates may opt/choose 2 examination centres in order of their preferences. The centre(s) opted will not be changed at a later stage after submission of Application Form. IREL reserves the right to allocate any examination centre or change the centre opted by the candidate.
Selection Process:- Written Test, Skill Test/Trade Test/Computer Proficiency Test and Psychometric Test.
