Eligibility Criteria for IPRCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025
Candidates should have a valid NATS registration and a degree or diploma with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST). The maximum age limit is 23 years as on 10th October 2025. Only those who passed on or after 01.01.2024 can apply, and prior apprenticeship or job experience of one year or more is not allowed.
Educational Qualification
Graduate Apprentice: B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST). Diploma Apprentice: Diploma in relevant engineering discipline with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
Age Limit
Maximum 23 years as on 10th October 2025
Age relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years.

Other Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have already undergone Apprenticeship Training or are currently pursuing Apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act are not eligible.
- Candidates with one year or more of job experience are not eligible.
- Applicants must be registered on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal and should have a valid registration ID.

Stipend Details
The stipend for apprentices is fixed as per the Apprentices Act. Graduate apprentices will get Rs. 10,000 per month. Diploma apprentices will receive Rs. 8,000 per month. No boarding, lodging, or travel allowances will be provided during training.

Selection Process
The selection is based on academic merit only. Marks obtained in degree or diploma will be considered for preparing the merit list. No written test or interview will be conducted. Selected candidates will be informed through email or post.
