India Optel Limited Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
(1) Consultant (Co-ordination) – Retired Officer of the Indian Army (of Armoured or EME Corps) can apply
(2) Junior Consultant (Field) – Ex-serviceman retired from JCO/ NCO ranks of Armoured Corps or EME Corps can apply.
India Optel Limited Recruitment 2024 Age Limit
(1) Consultant (Co-ordination) – Up to 62 years as of the closing date of advertisement.
(2) Junior Consultant (Field) – Up to 62 years as of the closing date of advertisement.
Remuneration Details: A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement from the Central Government Department. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of the contract.
Allowances Details:
1. HRA: No HRA shall be admissible.
2. Transport Allowance: An appropriate and fixed amount as Transport Allowance for commuting between the residence and the place of work shall be allowed not exceeding the rate applicable to the engaged personnel at the time of retirement. The amount so fixed shall remain unchanged during the term of engagement. TA/DA on the official tour, if any, will be provided as per their entitlement at the time of retirement.
