| Chief Engineer | Master’s in Civil/Electrical Engg. with 15 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s with 15 years’ experience in relevant areas. Must have worked in Level 13 or 12 as Superintending/Executive Engineer with CAD skills. |
| Deputy Registrar | Master’s degree in any discipline with 55% marks + 9 years’ experience as Assistant Professor or 5 years in administration at Level 10. Preference for Law/Management/Engineering/CA/CS/ICWA degree. |
Note: Experience in educational/research institutes preferred.

IIPE Selection Process 2025
Chief Engineer
Stage-I:
- Trade Test – 100 Marks
- Written Test – 80 Marks
- Computer Proficiency Test – 20 Marks
Stage-II:
- Presentation & Interview
Only candidates qualifying each stage will proceed to the next. Final selection is based on presentation and interview.
Deputy Registrar
Stage-I:
- Written Test – 80 Marks
- Computer Proficiency Test – 20 Marks
Stage-II:
- Presentation & Interview
Written and computer tests are qualifying in nature. Final merit will be based on Stage-II only.
